The most important first, as of this moment, all Paul Malone Palm Beach employees are healthy and therefore we are open for business and are operational. We ship all items from our locations in the United States and our offices and warehouse are open. We are monitoring the situation carefully and take steps to prevent the spread and to keep our employees safe and healthy, therefore please note the following:
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but we have suppliers all over the United States and therefore certain items may be experience a delay. 97% of orders ship on time, if your order experiences a shipping delay we will contact you via email.
If we are out of your ordered item but expect it to be back in stock within a few days, we will process the order as normal and notify you about a delay. If an item in your order is unavailable and we do not expect it to be restocked in a reasonable amount of time, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
Within our organization we have taken the following steps to protect the health and well being of our employees and customers:
All employees that can have been encouraged to work remotely. Work-related travel and event attendance has been suspended or postponed.
All employees are required to maintain proper hand hygiene, we have equipped all of our offices and warehouses with hand sanitizers and all bathrooms with sufficient amounts of soap and paper towels.
We continue to monitor recommendations from the WHO, CDC, and elected officials so we remain up-to-date on the latest information and safety protocols.
During this time of uncertainty we will do everything we can to support and protect our staff and customers.
